Remote Access Services

Nitix provides a PPTP RAS (Remote Access Services) feature that is compatible with the Microsoft VPN Client that comes with all recent Windows computers. Microsoft-compatible PPTP software is also available for Macintosh and UNIX.

Using RAS, users connect to their Nitix-powered server over the Internet using 128-bit encryption. Users can then access all network services (including other remote offices on the VPN) exactly as if they were connected locally.

If only remote e-mail access is required, Nitix also includes a WebMail system that lets you securely access your email from any computer using a web browser.

RAS support is available in Nitix for no extra fees, and with no user limits.
